We’ll meet over a secure confidential video platform. All you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection. Before each session, you’ll receive a link to easily access your appointment. It’s simple to join, and I can walk you through the process if needed.

Yes! I offer both in-person and online counseling, so you can choose the option that works best for you. If you prefer in-person sessions but find telehealth more practical at times, we can easily switch between the two. Your comfort and flexibility are important, and I want to make sure you have access to both options.

Intake/initial session. 60 minutes: $175.00

Individual Counseling. 55 minutes: $150.00

In our first session, I’ll make sure you feel welcomed and heard. We’ll talk about what brought you in, define your goals, and begin exploring what changes you’d like to see. It’s a time to get to know each other and ensure you feel supported and empowered from the very start.

There’s no set timeline for therapy. It depends on your needs and goals. Some people find what they need in just a few sessions, while others may take longer as they work through deeper challenges. We’ll take it one step at a time.

As a self-pay client, you have the right to know what therapy might cost. The Good Faith Estimate outlines the expected charges if you’re not using insurance. I’ll provide this estimate before your first appointment, upon request, so there are no surprises."
